Hi, I'm Dianne, The Fasting Keto Coach, here to show you how to lose weight fast and improve your health using the perfect combination of clean Keto and Intermittent Fasting.
After a 12-year career as a personal trainer, helping thousands of people lose weight, I was sure my way was the BEST way (with a portfolio of success stories to prove it.)
It wasn't until 2021 that I discovered a faster, healthier, more effective way to lose weight, when a co-worker announced that she was trying Keto. From that moment, drawing from all my past successes, I made it my mission to talk her out of it, telling her, "That's the worst thing you could do to lose weight!"
After a deep dive into the research, however, I realized that I was the one who had it wrong.
